1. Subscription Renewals
Qanomy runs on monthly and annual recurring plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, your account access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription orders if you are unsatisfied with the features or performance. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial payment will not be eligible.
3. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please write to our support team at qanomy15@gmail.com with your account credentials and payment receipt details. Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Card etc.) within 7-10 business days.
