By accessing and using Qanomy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Qanomy provides case management tools, hearing calendars, digital document storage, client portals, and billing management tools for law firms, legal professionals, and clients.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Client Portals
Lawyers may grant portal access to their clients. Clients will only be able to view their specific case records, invoices, files shared with them, and hearing schedules. Lawyers are responsible for configuring proper visibility controls.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, fail to pay subscription dues, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
